The nationwide business plan competition, which specializes in the fields of chemistry, life sciences and energy, is sponsored by the state of Hessen and the healthcare company Sanofi and is also supported by volunteer industry experts from over 200 companies and institutions.
As in previous years, Ms. Feldmann will once again be holding a workshop as an industry expert at Phase 3 of the Science4Life Energy Cup on the topic of "Protecting your own know-how - not infringing third-party property rights".
She will discuss various strategies for protecting one's own know-how with the participating companies. At the same time, measures are discussed to minimize the risk of one's own innovation infringing third-party property rights. In this way, competitiveness can be strengthened and the risk of warnings - and thus a premature end - can be significantly reduced.
