Studied law at Ludwig Maximilian University in Munich. Obtained a doctorate from Friedrich Alexander University in Erlangen on copyright of computer animation and digital film.

Qualified as an intellectual property lawyer in 2000.

Member of INTA, ECTA as well as GRUR.

Joined Prinz & Partner in 2008.

Professional Activity

Development of registration strategies for trademarks and design.

Supervision of national and international trademark portfolios.

Conducting infringement proceedings, especially in trademark, design, product piracy and unfair competition issues.

A further focus is giving legal advice on domain, copyright, licensing and border seizure matters.
