Law studies at the Universities of Munich (LMU) and Geneva. Legal clerkship with IP law firms in Munich and Los Angeles. Scholarship from Max Planck Institute for Intellectual Property and Competition Law. Doctarate in law (Dr. iur.) from Technical University of Dresden.

Attorney-at-Law in the field of IP since 2013, in 2016 appointed Certified IP Attorney.

Member of German Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property (GRUR) and European Communities Trademark Association (ECTA).        

Joined Prinz & Partner in 2015.

Professional Activity

Prosecution and enforcement of trademarks and designs, especially before the German Patent and Trademark Office (GPTO) and the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO).

Building and expansion of international IP portfolios.

Representation in infringement proceedings before German and European courts, especially in matters of design, trademark, copyright and unfair competition law.

Languages: German, English.

Judicial and extra-judicial enforcement of IP-rights, also in interim proceedings.

Strategic planning and coordination of international trademark and design applications.
