Law studies with focus on commercial, corporate and intellectual property law at the University of Mannheim. Term abroad at Jönköping International Business School (JIBS), Sweden. Legal clerkship with a law firm in Stuttgart.

Attorney-at-law since 2012. After initially focussing on copyright law, active particularly also in trademark, design and competition law since 2016. Appointed as Certified IP Attorney in 2021.

Member of German Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property (GRUR).

Joined Prinz & Partner in 2023. 

Professional Activity

Prosecution and enforcement of trademarks and designs, especially before the German Patent and Trademark Office (GPTO) and the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO).

Building and expansion of international IP portfolios.

Representation in infringement proceedings before German and European courts, especially in matters of design, trademark, copyright and unfair competition law.

Languages: German, English.

Judicial and extra-judicial enforcement of IP-rights, also in interim proceedings.

Strategic planning and coordination of international trademark and design applications.

Advising national and international clients in all areas of trademark law and cooperation with foreign associates worldwide.
