Worked for several years in the legal department of a DAX-30 media company in the field of intellectual property.

Prosecution and enforcement of trademarks and designs, especially before the German Patent and Trademark Office (GPTO) and the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO).
Judicial and extra-judicial enforcement of IP-rights, also in interim proceedings.
Representation in infringement proceedings before German and European courts, especially in matters of design, trademark, copyright and unfair competition law.
