Curriculum Vitae

Studied physics at the University of Hamburg focusing on surface and interface physics, obtained Diploma in 2008. Diploma thesis on the topic of the setup of an ultra-high vacuum variable-temperature scanning tunneling microscope.

PhD in 2012 on the topic of interactions between transition metals and Dirac materials. Research stays for conducting synchrotron-based experiments at the ESRF in Grenoble, France.

Research assistant in the scanning probe methods group at the Institute for nanostructure and solid state physics of the University of Hamburg.

Passed the German patent bar examination in 2020.

Joined Prinz & Partner in 2017. Freelancer as from 2019. 

Professional Activity

Preparation of patent and utility model applications. Assisting in patent grant proceedings.

Carrying out prior art searches.
