Curriculum Vitae
Studied physics at the University of Hannover, obtained Diploma in 1993. Diploma project at the Institute for Solid State Physics in the area of scanning tunneling microscopy at ultra high vacuum, for measuring the growth of crystalline silicon layers from disilane in situ.
Research assistant at the Institute for Solar Energy Research in Hannover, focusing on scanning tunneling microscopy measurements of MIS solar cells and at the Walter Schottky Institute at the Technical University of Munich, focusing on the technology of laser crystallization and laser structuring from thin amorphous silicon layers for solar cells.
European Patent Attorney. Passed the German patent bar examination in 2011.
Joined Prinz & Partner in 1998. Freelancer.
Professional Activity
Preparation of patent and utility model applications in the fields of physics, mechanical engineering and electronics.
Patent grant proceedings, opposition and appeal proceedings. Supervision of foreign patent grant proceedings, prior art and freedom to operate patent searches.
