After more than five years a dispute over a fundamental patent related to indoor skydiving facilities owned by Skyventure, global leader in the construction of vertical wind tunnel systems for the sports and leisure sector and franchisor of "iFLY" venues all over the world, is finally settled. Leisure provider Jochen Schweizer now has legal certainty that their existing and currently planned wind tunnel ventures will not be subject to litigation over this patent.
