The ratification process has come to a halt as a result of the Brexit vote in Great Britain and a constitutional complaint pending before the Constitutional Court. Nevertheless, the preparations at the Unified European Patent Court will continue. We will keep you informed of the changes and progress of the Unitary Patent in the next months.
